Any Book Club

Any Book Club In-Person

Interested in joining a book club, but worried you won't like the books? Concerned that the books might be too long to fit into your schedule? We have a solution! We are starting an Any Book Club.

What is an any book club you ask? Great question! An any book club is a book club where the members read any book that fits a specific theme or category. Each member will choose their own book for each month, which means you may be reading the same book as someone else, but maybe not! And don't worry, we will provide suggestions each month, in case the theme is new to you.

Over the next year we will be using the Mass Center for the Book's 2024 Reading Challenge as our Any Book Club guide. During our meetings we will get to discuss that month's topic as it relates to literature in general, and the books we read in specific. If you choose, you can share with us a brief blurb of your thoughts on any of the books you read, and we will compile an "as recommended by our patrons" readers guide at the end of the year.

April'sTheme: A book about nature, the environment, or climate change.

Meetings will take place by the fireplace!
