Rise & Shine In-Person
Join Meghan on Tuesday mornings at 10:15am for Rise & Shine! For babies and toddlers up to 3 years old and their caregivers - start the morning off with a story, songs, a big breath, a big stretch, and some yoga-inspired movement!
Program runs September 8th 2026 to May 25th 2027. No Registration Required.
