Four Plays for a Planet in Peril In-Person
Four Plays for a Planet in Peril will premiere at the Eastham Public Library. They are forces of nature, new myths in the making. This is filmed theater made to provoke and move -- with innovative visual imagery, heightened language, cartoon, humor, and drama—to change people’s hearts and move them to action. As we face destroying ourselves and the planet, what will save us?
Created in collaboration between playwright Lee Roscoe and filmmaker Janet Murphy Robertson, they star beloved Cape actors, Judith Partelow, Tom Wolfson, Rod Owens, Cleo Zani, Geof Newton, Karen McPherson and others, and are supported in part by the Massachusetts Cultural Council (Towns of Dennis and Brewster). There will be a short Q and A after the presentation of an hour and fifteen minutes.
Pre-registration is encouraged (but not required) for this event.
